Instead of a jumpring, I take a Swarovski headpin, run it through the hole and make a loop in the back to suspend it from my chain or leather. I would do the same with earrings.

They work beautifully the holes are perfect for most earring findings.

For the 10mm & 14mm heart pendants the following bails work: ISBL-0008, ISBL-0010, ISBL-0012. you can also use ISBL-0015 on the 14mm. For the 18mm your best option is STG-CAP33, but you can also use ISBL-0009, -0010, -0011, -0012, -0013 & -0014. For the 28mm, STG-CAP38 works the best. They don't carry a bail big enough to accomodate the 40mm heart pendant. You might try creating your own beaded bail for the 40mm though.
