The SS12 crystals are approximately 3.2mm. They actually will vary in size from 3.0 to 3.2mm. Rest assured that this slight variance will not affect the outcome of your design.

A Simple, nice and inexpensive way to package these would be in a Spun Polyester-Filled White Box and tying it with a ribbon. We would suggest using the 8 inch box that way there is enough room that the charms won’t overlap. To view our 8 Inch Spun Polyester-Filled White Box please follow this link:

It's an imitation gem that is backed with metal foil or silver to reflect light.
They can have a pointed back or a flat back.
Swarovski makes them and you can get czech ones too.
I'm sure there are other manufacturers as well.

Question
How do you attach a clasp to .5mm beading chain?

answer 1
To attach the .5mm beading chain to a clasp, you will need to use a crimp end, for example, the Sterling Silver 1.2mm Fancy Crimp End (http://www.artbeads.com/ss-crend01.html) on each end of the chain. You will then attach your clasp to the ring on the crimp end with an open jump ring.

You can also try the Sterling Silver Floater Clasp, which is a set of Crimp Ends with a Spring Ring style Clasp. (http://www.artbeads.com/ss-crcla.html)

Question
How do you use the new dragonfly wing pendant?

You can use the 6905 Dragonfly as a fun, asymmetrical pendant by hanging it vertically from your jewelry piece with a headpin and small accent beads making up the "body" of the dragonfly. You can also take advantage of its unique shape by stringing one or more pendants directly onto a necklace. Placing the pendant(s) off center in your design will emphasize the design of the dragonfly wings as it lays against your skin or clothing.

Question
What sterling bails do I use for a lariat necklace with the following Swarovski crystals clustered on the ends
5523 16mm Cosmic Crystal, 6670 50mm De-Art Pendant Crystal ,5500 9x6mm Crystal Teardrop, 6007 9x5mm Briolette Pendant Crystal

The 5523 16mm Cosmic Crystal and 5500 9x6mm Crystal Teardrop are beads and are not top-drilled. You can create a bail effect for these beads by stringing one on a headpin and connecting it to a bail that has a hole at the bottom instead of prongs. (i.e. SS-BAIL07, SS-BAIL16 or SS-BAIL17)

The 6007 9x5mm Briolette Pendant can be hung with either the Fleur-De-Lis Bail (ISBL-0008) or Deco Star Bail (ISBL-0015).

We currently do not carry a bail large enough to fit the 6670 50mm De-Art Pendant. We would recommend considering doing a wire wrap on this pendant and either attaching it to a sturdy bail with a hole at the bottom (i.e. SS-BAIL18 or SS-BAIL19), or letting it hang as is with a wrapped loop. You can view our picture tutorial on doing a wire wrap on a top-drilled bead here:
