I purchased the Hill Tribe sticks and made 2 bracelets over 3 months ago. I kept one and sold the other. As of today, neither the one I wear constantlly or my customer's has shown the least bit of tarnish compared to other pieces I made in the same time period. I do keep them fairly protected and polish things often when they show tarnish, but I have not had to touch my bracelet yet,

The silver content in our Hill Tribes silver beads and pendants is typically 95-99%, even higher than sterling (92.5%). This higher silver content is softer and therefore easier to shape into all the unique and wonderful styles. Because of the higher silver content, Hill Tribe Silver does not tarnish as quickly as sterling silver.
