Goldstone is actually not gold nor is it a stone. It is man-made glass with copper flecks suspended in the glass.

Turquoise does not naturally occur in a white color. What is referred to as "white turquoise" is most often howlite, which is a natural white stone with a veined matrix pattern similar to turquoise.

Question
Is there some type of guage available to measure the guage of the wire used in head and eye pins?
Some of the head pins and eye pins didn't come in a marked package. I can guess on some of them, but I'd really like to know for sure. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
