How can I change my email address? The email I originally signed up with is no longer valid. I'd rather not create a new account, just update the email address. Thanks!

never use crazy glue on a crystal.for one thing, crazy glue will leave a white sort of filmy residue around the edges.another reason is crazy glue isn't really clear when it dries.the biggest reason though is that crazy glue will ruin the foil back. I have had good luck with jewel bond.
I use E6000 glue to adhere my flatbacks...works great and when it dries,if you have any around the outside of the flatback, take tweezers and pull slowly..the entire dried up glue will come right off in one piece. Good luck. I am adhearing mine to a lacquer on top of my designs..it is a clear, shiney surface like glass. Works great !!

Thank you for your inquiry. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange most items for a full refund of the original price paid, less shipping. Items returned to us MUST be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that we DO NOT accept returns on the following items: • Special orders • Books • Products that were originally purchased on clearance • Strands or pre-packed items that have been broken up, unsealed or otherwise altered, including wire and stringing materials that have been unspooled • Sold by the foot items in lengths under three feet • Custom "Style Lab: Jewelry Design" items • Unwrapped electronic games
Please complete the PDF return form found here http://lib.store.yahoo.net/lib/artbeads/return-form.pdf and follow these simple steps: 1. Return the items in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice. 2. If exchanging items, please note the item codes and payment information if applicable with your return. 3. For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. 4. We recommend, but do not require that you insure your package as we are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and will not credit you for these items. Items returned to us in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service. 5. Please send your returns to: Artbeads.com Returns Department 11901 137th Ave. Ct. KPN Gig Harbor, WA 98329 USA
Please note that refunds equal to or less than $5.00 may be issued as store credit unless specified. Artbeads.com will refund return First Class postage only if you are returning an incorrect or defective item. For all other returns please kindly ensure that sufficient postage is affixed to the package. Any return postage or shipping charges paid by Artbeads.com for packages that are not for incorrect or defective items will be deducted from the refund provided.

The Xilion has alternating small and large facets cut into it. It catches the light more than the original faceted bicone causing it to sparkle more brilliantly.

When the stone cutters are forming various shapes and sizes of beads they tend to have a lot of unusable leftover pieces. They take those pieces and grind them up into a powder. This they then mix with a resin compound, and use that mixture to press form new beads. So the beads do contain real stone but they are not pure stone.

Fake Swarovski Crystals will have bubbles in them. Also, when you hold some sort of light underneath them, like a match or a flashlight, the rainbow effect created will be 'smudged', whereas with a real Swarovski, the rainbow will be... well... crystal clear hehe ;D Hope this helps!!

Aurora borealis refers to the spectacular Northern Lights seen in the sky over the North Pole. Here, it refers to the coating applied to glass beads in the manufacturing process to produce a multi-color effect when the bead is turned in the light.
