The Bali holes are big enough for the flexible wire (Accu-Flex - .019 in. dia. 49 strands). I have also used the 4mm Bali Daisy's with the Elasticity 0.8mm nylon cord.

I don't think they are quite big enough. Wire yes, but cord would be too thick.

Probably with an oxidizing agent such as liver of sulfur. It's commonly used to oxidize silver and other metals.

Whether or not a Bali bead will have a visible seam varies per bead. All of our Bali beads are handmade, so slight variations may occur. You can contact our Customer Service department with the product codes of the beads you are interested in, and we can check to see if our samples have a visible seam

Bali Beads are handmade in Bali, Indonesia, by silversmiths who have honed their skills over genarations. Each bead is handmade individually out of sterling silver. Every little granule and wire is applied by hand to the beads. The beads are then antiqued, giving them more depth. The results are beautiful, unique beads unlike any others in the world.

Question
Can I use tarnish remover for my Bali beads?

answer 1
When cleaning high-quality Bali Silver, or anything with an oxidized finish, you must be very careful, because dipping a bead into a chemical tarnish remover may clean out all of the oxidation that was intentionally left during the production process, leaving you with a bright and shiny bead that looks nothing like it did when you originally purchased it. To clean these beads, we recommend using a polishing cloth with a light solution or paste formulated for jewelry that can be rinsed out with water. Be careful, because a thick polishing paste will be difficult to clean out of the more intricate beads. Of course, if you're really adventurous, you could lightly tumble your beads in a rock tumbler.

Question
How does one use the beautiful crimp tube covers you have showing here on your website?
I suppose I have had my head in the sand because all I have ever seen are the little bead crimp cover, but these that you have are so beautiful, but I can't imagine how to use them.

Thank you in advance and I can't wait to order.

You use them just like any other crimp cover slide them over your crimp tube then gently squeeze it closed with your pliers. If you enter crimp covers in the search box you will find a tutorial explaining how to use crimp covers. Sometimes I use them to fill space. For instance, there is to much space between a crimp and the last bead.

The size is to the right, above the words "quantity" and "Add to Cart".

Usually they are used with the same size bead....i.e. 10 mm bead cap with a 10 mm bead.
